Key Responsibilities Category Strategy Development & Execution Lead efforts to develop and refine procurement category strategies. Align divisional procurement needs with category strategies through continuous engagement with internal stakeholders. Oversee the local implementation of strategies to achieve defined commercial, quality, and performance targets. Preferred Supplier Management Own and manage the preferred supplier list (NDSL) for new developments. Ensure adequate supplier integration in demand forecasting, specification definition, and the design process. Project Support – Product Development Collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to deliver required purchasing input for innovation projects throughout the Product Development Process (PDP). Ensure procurement stream deliverables meet project timelines and quality, logistics, technology, and cost (QLTC) objectives. Cross-Functional Cooperation Act as a liaison between strategic procurement and technical, logistical, and innovation teams. Facilitate effective communication to balance long-term purchasing strategies with immediate project demands. Key Competencies Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
